War is a prison
Trapping people inside of its jaws.
Jaws of hate
War is not one to tell you your fate.
All you can do is hope for the best
As this prison will give you no rest.
The bombs and guns will shatter your ears
And when the dust finally clears,
You will only see more hate.
Try as you might you will never escape
And forever it will change your heart’s shape.
Because war is a prison,
Trapping people and keeping them in.
